The White Sand Company was hired to create a little piece of paradise in downtown Detroit for *Superbowl XL in February of 2006. We trucked in just the right amount of Great Lakes beach sand needed for the *Motorola *Aloha Moto sand, surf, and volleyball party. This event was held on the corner of Griswold and Michigan Avenue in downtown Detroit. It featured the *Motorola trailer showcasing many of their outstanding products, as well as the American Volleyball Professionals and surfers.
The White Sand Company delivered our sand to the site, laid out the beach beneath the heated tent, provided many tropical details for the tropical fantasy, and then quickly cleaned up after the event was finished, sweeping away all traces of the tropical paradise.

This was the first step in the setup process on the site. While we did not contract the tent assembly on this project, we were actively involved in working out the crucial logistics to see it all come together.
Sand was delivered to the site and excavation began
Before more props were added to the party, the sand was level and ready for additional settings
After finding that some logo props didn't match the scenery, Whitesandco was asked if there was anything we could do to help them out. Onsite, we developed a special adhesive to glue our sand onto their props for a stunning result.
